London, 22nd August 2013 – Aspectus PR, the global business communications agency, has added MACH, the UK’s biggest event dedicated to engineering-based manufacturing technologies to its growing client portfolio of conference and event companies.
MACH was established more than 100 years ago by The Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) and today regularly attracts over 20,000 visitors and 450 exhibitors to its biennial event at the NEC exhibition centre.
Aspectus will be managing a media relations campaign to broaden MACH’s appeal across the wider manufacturing sector, attract new visitors and enhance its profile as one of the industry’s must-attend events. The five-day show opens in April 2014. The account will be handled by Aspectus’ B2B event marketing and engineering PR team.
Aspectus has a strong track record in events and currently manages PR for POWER-GEN Europe, Renewable Energy World Europe, The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) London Annual Conference, International Standards for Institutional Trade Communication (ISITC), and The Economist Events’ Energy Summit. Previously, the team has also worked with UBM to promote the latter’s Energy Solutions, and Future Health and Care Expo events.
“We have a tried and tested commercial model for handling event PR, as evidenced by our client portfolio and track record of strong results,” says Alastair Turner, global group director, Aspectus PR. “Event companies demand proof that PR produces an excellent ROI and we deliver that in a very clear and transparent way.”
