We are looking for an ambitious digital account manager/ senior digital account manager to join our New York-based team following an exciting period of growth.

Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment, with a demonstrable track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across website, SEO, paid media, and content. This is a unique opportunity to make a big impact from day one and be part of an ambitious team at an exciting time of growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage their own workload. Key responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing standout digital campaigns across paid social platforms; project managing digital campaigns from end-to-end – from inception to measurement and refinement.
  • Supporting senior account leads in the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated digital marketing and communications campaigns, leveraging a full spectrum of tools and channels – including social media, paid media, SEO, and more.
  • Inspiring the confidence of our clients, serving as a trusted advisor to them on all things digital marketing.
  • Regularly contributing creative ideas and communicating new concepts/campaigns to clients.
  • Effectively guiding account teams on digital activities, identifying where digital tools can plug into integrated campaigns to drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, developments and news in the design and digital arenas. 

Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience working in a B2B agency or client environment
  • Excellent understanding and in-depth working knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, website CMS, and Analytics packages
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio
  • Proven experience in managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience creation and targeting, and ad placements
  • Ability to manage, optimize, and report on campaigns for performance and ROI
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience in client communications and account administration
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with demonstrable ability to work on multiple client campaigns at once

Internship – London based (hybrid)

Summer Internship

As we have grown there is an opportunity for hungry, energetic, bright, proactive individuals to apply for an internship position to join us for 2-3 months. We don’t expect you to have any experience in PR and marketing, however the ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about this sector, and have a proactive, open-minded attitude.

We’d be looking for you to:

  • Supporting on all account admin – monthly reports and updating press lists
  • Monitoring media and social media activity, sometimes on a daily basis
  • Helping to draft media materials, building distribution lists and selling-in press releases and feature items
  • Supporting account teams with pitching stories to journalists (whether that be via email, phone or Twitter DM)
  • Supporting on short copywriting tasks whether that be social posts, press releases and blogs
  • Conducting research and helping account teams to map relevant stakeholders across the media landscape, and specialisms
  • Undertaking research for new business and participating in the development of proposals

We work with UK and international companies, of all sizes, across all sectors of the market. The selected candidate will hold the ultimate responsibility for the provision of excellent client service and securing new business in the investment management space. We are looking for an account director who can join our team to help support the growth of our business.
