What the job entails:

  • Developing strategic media relations plans
  • Crafting media angles and pitches to media 
  • Building media and influencer contacts (we will allocate you budget towards this) 
  • Keeping tabs on media editorial updates and journalist movements, updating press lists 
  • Copywriting whether that be social posts, press releases, blogs or op-eds 
  • Communicating and building relationships directly with clients  
  • Input on briefing calls with spokespeople and clients (suggesting potential angles and questions) 
  • Support on all account admin – news monitoring and flagging, monthly reports and client communications 
  • Research for editorials, creative campaign ideas, competitor analysis and industry developments

Our Energy & Industrials communications team is on the lookout for hungry, energetic, bright, proactive and ambitious PR professionals at the Account Executive / Senior Account Executive level to join the practice.
