We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Media Relations specialist to join us, supporting us in an exciting phase of growth.  

Your job purpose:

  • Media Outreach & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant B2B journalists, editors, and key stakeholders. Be responsible for delivering ‘stand out’ media results. Craft and implement media strategies to enhance visibility and reputation for B2B clients across technology, financial services, and fintech. 
  • Campaign Management: Lead media campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs. 
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content teams to produce media-friendly content that resonates with key B2B audiences. Write and distribute press releases, pitches, and media kits that align with clients’ messaging. 
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on relevant industry trends across your key client verticals, media outlets, and key journalists. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account teams, clients, and external media contacts to maximize PR results. Serve as a trusted day-to-day resource for clients. 

The ideal candidate:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a PR agency role, with demonstrated understanding of financial services, technology, and/or fintech. 
  • Excellent client management skills.  
  • A strong proven track record of securing coverage in B2B media outlets.  
  • Ability to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with media contacts. 
  • Strong analytical skills to develop and execute effective media strategies, alongside strong written skills.  
  • The ability to metabolize complex businesses and turn them into concise and compelling ideas. 
  • Strong interest in current affairs within our key markets (technology, fintech, and other B2B adjacencies), and the ability to leverage the news within campaigns to deliver media results.  
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility, while still acting as a team player.

Tech PR Senior Account Executive

London office (hybrid)

We are looking for a senior account executive to join our London-based tech team at Aspectus. We are based in Southwark, London, and we have a weekly technology team day. The other days can be worked remotely in BST/GMT time zone. The person for this role must have either B2B tech in-house PR or B2B tech agency experience of at least one year.
