The Brief
Level3AI engaged Aspectus to launch its brand in Singapore. The team was tasked with delivering a flagship launch event while managing audience generation, event logistics, creative production and communications to position Level3AI as an emerging industry leader in AI CX.
The Challenge
Aspectus was tasked with delivering Level3AI’s inaugural re:Think event within just 45 days, significantly shorter than the typical two-to-three-month lead time for events of this scale. Starting from scratch, the team needed to develop the event concept, messaging and creative assets while simultaneously managing venue sourcing, suppliers, registrations and audience acquisition. Alongside event delivery, Aspectus also needed to ensure the event aligned with broader brand-building objectives, generating visibility and engagement among senior decision-makers across Singapore’s AI and customer experience sectors. The challenge required rapid execution, seamless coordination and proactive problem-solving across every stage of delivery.
Our Approach
Aspectus managed the entire event lifecycle from strategic planning through to post-event amplification. The team sourced and secured the venue, coordinated suppliers and logistics, managed RSVPs and attendee communications through an event management platform Luma, and oversaw all branded collateral including banners, name tags and door gifts. To maximise attendance quality, Aspectus also developed and managed a targeted LinkedIn lead generation campaign supported by bespoke creative and copywriting. On-site, the team coordinated registrations, photography and event setup to ensure a seamless attendee experience. The campaign was further amplified through post-event communications, LinkedIn content and integrated media activity to extend visibility beyond the event itself.
