Our Approach

We started with LSB’s positioning. Supported by our financial services specialists, our Brand, Insights and Strategy team worked on clear and punchy messaging to resonate with all audiences, and then our visual identity and branding experts at Aspectus took on the task of creating an approachable and forward-looking visual identity. LSB’s next challenge was its website. Poorly structured with a confused and fractured user experience (UX) it made content management difficult. LSB also hosted its login portal for registered users on a separate site altogether. That hampered LSB’s efforts to promote ‘hidden’ resources to prospects and meant a valuable incentive for registration – LSB’s primary business goal – was being lost. LSB now has a bespoke website design system and portal build within a single WordPress set-up that is better for users, engaging for target audiences, and easy for LSB to manage.

“We are extremely happy with the final design of the website. We have received excellent feedback and our registered firms are more engaged than ever with the functionality it provides to them. Working with Aspectus has been everything we asked for and the team on both projects have really blown us away.

Your content and messaging has changed the way the industry talks about these issues. The other day I was at an event and I was having conversations with people who were parroting our key messages back to us after reading our content.

It’s unusual to find an organization where all sides speak to each other, and the treatment and commitment is clear regardless of who you speak to. Aspectus have delivered that. As a deliverable based organization, the teams are hitting (or have hit) their deliverables and in a very short space of time the press office function has enabled us to raise our profile more than we could have expected.”
