Another report about diversity wasn’t going to pique the interest of HRDs and hiring managers with so much written on the topic already, so we approached the debate with a different angle. We surveyed candidate and interviewed employers on social mobility in graduate recruitment.

We secured over 14 pieces of coverage in publications across Debut’s key verticals including People Management (sent out to all CIPD members), HR Magazine, Personnel Today and Accountancy Age.
We secured interviews with the likes of Cisco, EY, HSBC, WPP and Sutton Trust to be involved in the report. Post-launch, the report was also used as the theme for keynote presentations.
