London with flexible working options

We are looking for an experienced, safe pair of hands to manage some of our wonderful tech clients. We are based in Old Street, London, but there is scope to work remotely (in BST/GMT time zone). The person for this role must have either in-house PR or agency experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Fully managing and running big accounts – playing a consultative role advising clients whilst also ensuring all the plates are spinning
  • Leading by example for the rest of our team and being a brilliant people manager – giving positive and constructive feedback to help our team grow and develop
  • Making autonomous decisions on things and knowing when – and when not – to pull in senior support
  • Overseeing and ensuring we hit our KPIs
  • Supporting ADs / heads of Tech to ensure overall client happiness
  • Playing an active role in new business pitches and proposals
  • Setting the PR strategy and plan for accounts
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients and journalists
