This means you can expect us to listen, be open to feedback through our annual employee survey and monthly Complain and Explain sessions with our Group CEO, and prioritize taking genuine action. In practice, this looks like:

  • Flexible working: We offer core-hour working days providing our team with the flexibility to manage their personal and professional lives effectively. This includes extra flexibility around religious holidays – all people need to do is speak to us and we will try to accommodate.
  • The Aspectus Academy: In our London office, we run a fully paid, two-year apprenticeship program office that aims to lower the barriers of entry to a career in communications. The spirit of the program reflects our wider goal: to attract and develop diverse talent across our global network, creating a pipeline for both Aspectus and the marketing and communications industry as a whole. We also dedicate time to educating students about PR and marketing in our schools outreach program.
  • Learning and development: To future-proof our employees and ourselves as an agency, we offer comprehensive training on varied topics via an internal training and external sessions for every level of the business. Everyone receives mental health training, and we are rolling out specialized training on managing neurodiverse people so that we can continue to support and get the best out of everyone here at Aspectus.
  • Mental well-being: We are proud to provide mental health training to every team member and have established a Mental Health Nucleus led by trained professionals.
  • Financial equity: Our peer-group tailored bonus incentives ensure opportunity and transparency across the business.
  • Leadership: With women representing 75% of our leadership team, we are committed to building a workplace where equity is lived, not just promised.
