The brief

Aspectus’ brief was to introduce the ICIS Power Index to key broadcast, national and trade media. We wanted the IPI to be viewed as the go-to index to help clear confusion and demystify the impact of wholesale power price movements.

The result

We achieved top-tier national broadcast coverage on the BBC News at 10 and BBC Radio 5 Live's Wake Up to Money programme, twice. We also got the front page of the Telegraph, and coverage in City A.M. and the Daily Mail. Energy trade coverage included Utility Week and Power Engineering International.

Aspectus have helped us launch a brand new index which targeted an audience that we’ve not focused on before. Their suggestions on fresh news angles and opportunities for us were really useful, and collaborating with them has led to some strong coverage.
