Petroplan, the global recruitment specialist for employers and professionals in the oil, gas and energy sector, wanted to better use social media to recruit fresh talent.

We identified that Facebook was the right channel, and that their audience of young graduates was at cross-roads about their future. We created a visual campaign centred around the theme of ‘exploration’ to target this audience specifically.

We used evocative images of people exploring landscapes combined with thought-provoking questions to appeal to their audience – a reminder that Petroplan was with them on their adventure, every step of the way.
