A month before the event, we were tasked with transforming the media relations around the conference and to raise the profile of the event among key European and global media in the energy sector.
A month before the event, we were tasked with transforming the media relations around the conference and to raise the profile of the event among key European and global media in the energy sector.
We quickly built up an understanding of the event and key stakeholders, and used our relationships with target media across Europe. We issued press releases and media alerts to raise awareness of and promote attendance at the event. We also set up and ran the event’s press office, undertaking all media management activities for the conference.
Our seven press releases generated more than 20 pieces of coverage in target media. Furthermore, over 80 journalists attended the event from across Europe and beyond – around four times as many as in the previous year.
