Who are we are looking for?

We currently have nearly 90 people globally (London, New York, Aberdeen, Luzern, Washington, Houston) and are growing by over 25% in revenue each year.

As we have grown there is an opportunity for a talented, creative and enthusiastic digital design professional at the start of their career to come in and build a real career here. As this is a graduate position, we don’t expect you to have had on-the-job experience, but have developed the skills.

We’d be looking for you to:

  • Work on a range of live creative projects, from campaign concepts/ideation, branding, digital/social design through to production artwork and roll-out
  • Design engaging digital materials, including brand guidelines, website designs, social media graphics and digital advertising assets
  • Help build out creative ideas and communicate new concepts/ideas to clients
  • Create high impact mockups for client presentation
  • Assist in the design of tenders and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends

The ideal candidate will show:

  • Full understanding of the digital design process
  • A foundational understanding of core Adobe Creative Suite programmes: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Knowledge of XD, Premiere Pro and After Effects is advantageous.
  • A portfolio of live or student work
  • The ability to work at pace, across multiple projects to meet strict deadlines while retaining a keen eye for detail
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent visual communication skills
  • To have a Right to Work in the UK as don’t provide visas.
